、 Firstly, it should be a heating tube. You can use a multimeter to adjust it to the Ohm gear and measure the resistance value at both ends of the heating tube to see if there is an open circuit or leakage!
、 Secondly, it is necessary to check the IO board or PLC that controls the solid-state relay of the heating tube, adjust the multimeter to the DC gear, and measure its DC voltage output range to be between DC3-32v. If there is no fault, it indicates that the IO board or PLC is faulty!
、 Then, it should be checked whether the AC contactor coil that controls the heating tube has normal power supply voltage and is able to close normally.
、 Check whether the fuse or air short circuit switch on the heating tube circuit is short circuited or tripped.
、 The last and most easily overlooked point is the large high and low temperature test chamber air supply system, which is usually located at the rear of the equipment operation room to check whether the circulating fan is operating normally and whether the wind turbine is in good condition.
